Kolbe Corp, in partnership with Professional EOS Implementer® Tonya Petrozzi, has donated Kolbe A™ Index assessments and a full day of leadership consulting services to Tanager, a leading Cedar Rapids nonprofit dedicated to supporting children and families.
The contribution, valued at approximately $7,500, includes Kolbe A™ Index assessments for Tanager’s team along with a dedicated day of facilitation and consulting led by Petrozzi. The engagement is designed to help Tanager’s leadership better understand how their people naturally take action and how to apply those insights across roles, communication, and day-to-day operations.
Founded in 1879 as Linn County’s first children’s human service agency, Tanager has evolved to meet the changing needs of its community through prevention, treatment, and outreach programs. Today, the organization supports more than 4,000 youth and families each year, primarily across Linn and Johnson counties in southeast Iowa.
The Kolbe A™ Index is a unique assessment that measures an individual’s instinctive strengths—how they naturally solve problems and take action. Unlike personality or skills-based assessments, Kolbe identifies a person’s innate method of operation, which remains consistent over time. When organizations understand these strengths, they can design roles, workflows, and communication in ways that reduce friction, improve collaboration, and increase overall effectiveness.
